Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
